Final checklist for Round 1 applications

With Round 1 MBA deadlines right around the corner, it’s important to finalize your applications and run though a final checklist to ensure you’ve put your best foot forward.

Here is a quick checklist of questions to ask yourself prior to clicking submit:

  • Did you proofread? Carve out some time to edit your application for any grammatical mistakes. This includes everything from your essays, résumé and online forms.
  • Have you clearly demonstrated interest and fit with the program? There should be no hesitation in answering “yes” to this question. Make it as clear as possible!
  • Have you left yourself some extra time? Waiting until the last minute to submit your application will cause a whole lot of unnecessary stress. Give yourself a buffer of time before the deadline.
  • Are you prepared for an interview? You should always be prepared in the event that you are invited on-campus.
