Kelly received a BA from UCSB, an M.Ed. from UCLA, and an Ed.D. from UC Davis. Kelly worked in student affairs and academic advising at Cal Poly SLO, UCSF, and Stanford before working in admissions at UC Berkeley for five years.

Sarah received a BA from Davidson College and M.Div. from Vanderbilt University. She has admissions experience at Emory University, Vanderbilt University and College of Charleston.
